Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Many Gifties products are custom-made, personalized, handcrafted, or 3D-printed specifically for each customer.

Such products may require additional manufacturing or production time before dispatch.

Production timelines typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Material availability

Please note that production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Orders are not processed, manufactured, or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
