At Gifties, we specialize in custom-made, personalized, and 3D-printed products that are manufactured specifically for each customer. Due to the customized nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from that of standard retail products.

By placing an order with Gifties, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom and Personalized Products

Most products sold by Gifties are custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or 3D-printed specifically for individual customers.

As each product is manufactured according to customer specifications, such products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund once production has commenced.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Personal preferences

  • Minor variations inherent to the 3D printing, handmade, or manufacturing process

  • Minor differences in color, texture, finish, or appearance caused by screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, or material characteristics

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, customization details, and order information before placing an order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customized products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • 3D-printed products manufactured specifically for the customer

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or significantly different from the item ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • An unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue clearly visible

Providing complete evidence helps us investigate and resolve claims more efficiently.

4. Resolution of Approved Claims

After reviewing the submitted information, Gifties will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Repair or correction of the issue

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the circumstances of the order and the nature of the issue reported.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are generally not available for custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.

An exchange may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect item was delivered; or

  • A verified manufacturing defect exists.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For approved claims involving:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Incorrect items shipped

Gifties may arrange a replacement shipment or cover the associated return shipping costs where applicable.

For returns not resulting from our error, any applicable shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production, customization, or printing has started.

Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded due to the customized nature of the product.

9. Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational constraints, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once the order has been dispatched.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gifties shall not be responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Improper use of the product

  • Mishandling after delivery

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Exceptional Cases

While our standard policy does not permit returns or refunds for custom-made products, we understand that exceptional situations may arise.

Gifties reserves the right to review such situations on a case-by-case basis and may provide an alternative resolution where deemed appropriate.

Any exception granted shall not create an obligation to provide similar resolutions in future cases.
